Is there a minimum quantity on clothing orders?
No, we specialise in providing small and vast quantities on all our clothing range.

What is the average delivery lead time?
8 to 12 weeks from taking your order, confirmation, getting the individual items exclusively made for you, and embroidered specifically for your club, to delivery on your door.

Can I return my clothing if dissatisfied with the quality?
Yes, if our goods do not meet your expectations we will replace it. We recommend that you read our returns policy.

If there is a specific colour I cant see, can you still supply them?
We show the main 7 seven colours in our clothing range which applies to cricket. However there are literally hundreds of colours that we can incorparate within your order. Send us a sample or example of the colour you would like us to use, either by email or post, and we will get back to you within 2 working days of us recieving your request, to clarify your order.

Can we order a training course that is tailored to our specific needs?
Yes, we can develop a course specifically for a club but first we would have to do an assessment of your needs. If you want to discuss this in detail then we invite you to call or submit an enquiry through the contact page, and we'll get back to you within 2 working days.

Are coaches used on your courses qualified?
Yes, ALL coaches hold an ECB approved coaching qualification as well as being CRB checked.. We publish details of the individual coaches qualification(s) in the course information.

Entertainment Events
Can an event be tailored to our specific requirements?
Yes. Please call to discuss this and we can submit an accurate estimate. You can also submit your enquiry through the form on the contact page.

Can we change the date of the event after the order is submitted?
Yes. You can change the date within 28 days of the event without a cancellation charge.
